The SHINING 4103 is a roller conveyor chain supplied with the A29 attachment. It runs at a 78.11 mm pitch with a 32.60 mm roller, a 15.90 mm pin and a 37.0 mm width between the inner plates. The average tensile strength is 190 kN (42,715 lbf) and the chain weighs 12.2 kg/m.
The 4103 is used across the sugar house and beyond it - in agriculture, sugar processing, food processing and grain handling - wherever a compact, heat-treated roller chain with an attachment has to keep a carrier or elevator running. Attachments are welded to your drawing.

Every working part - pin, bush and roller - is heat-treated or hardened to reach the strength and working life the sugar duty demands, not left in the as-machined state.
The chain is built for high strength and a long working life under continuous load, which is what keeps a mill's carrier line running between shutdowns.
The roller turns on the bush rather than sliding, so friction and wear are taken at the bush/roller interface and the pin is protected from the abrasive load.
A full line of matching sprockets is available, and attachments are made to your drawing, so chain, sprocket and attachment come from one source and wear together.
Chain, sprockets, slats, buckets and shafts can all be supplied together, so the whole assembly is sized and matched by one manufacturer instead of being pieced together.
