Yes. For the wettest and most acidic positions - juice strainers, cush-cush elevators, wash tables - pins, bushes and rollers come as a matched stainless set in one grade: 2Cr13 hardened for standard juice, 17-4PH for high-humidity duty.
Life depends on the station and the juice, not one figure. Judge it by elongation: a correctly specified, heat-treated chain stays within the take-up range far longer. Tell us the station and duty and we will set the specification.
Yes. Our chains and sprockets interchange with the major international sugar-chain brands. Send the OEM part number or a drawing and we will confirm the match; a short length of the original chain lets us measure and match it exactly.
Yes - OEM and replacement manufacturing are our core business. Send the old chain, a drawing or the pitch, inside width, pin diameter and attachment pattern, and we reproduce it dimension-for-dimension, with matching sprockets.
Standard lead time is 60 days from receipt of the order and confirmation of the drawing; minimum order is 100 meter of chain. Crush-season timing matters - tell us your start date and for urgent breakdowns we can discuss an expedited slot.
