SHINING block chains for cane sugar diffusers come in four standard styles - Style I to Style IV - in pitches of 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm. A block chain is a simple, highly effective conveying chain: block links carried on through-pins, few moving parts, and a flat, steady carrying surface.
The four styles cover a minimum ultimate strength from 175 kN to 1,350 kN, so a standard style can be matched to the diffuser duty. Alongside the standard styles, block and pin dimensions, attachments and widths are made to your drawing, so a replacement drops straight into an existing conveyor.

Styles I to IV cover 200, 250 and 300 mm pitches with minimum ultimate strengths from 175 kN to 1,350 kN, so a standard style can be matched to the duty instead of a special.
Fewer parts than a roller chain of the same duty means less to wear and less to replace, while the block design still carries the load of a busy line.
It is made for low-speed conveying systems where a flat, steady carrying surface matters more than speed.
