The SHINING HSB110-K2 is a heavy-duty hardened steel bushed (HSB) bucket elevator chain, engineered for rugged, abrasive operating conditions. Primarily designed for wood handling systems (sawmills, wood yard conveyors, biomass lifting), it also serves reliably in sugar mills and other heavy-duty bulk material conveying scenarios. Featuring high tensile strength, superior wear resistance, and flexible hinge rotation, it is a direct, robust upgrade for standard combination chains, delivering stable performance and extended service life in vertical and inclined conveying equipment.

Features

This chain is constructed for ultimate durability in gritty environments. The sidebars are made from medium carbon, heat-treated steel for high strength. Pins are crafted from alloy heat-treated steel, with induction hardening applied to enhance surface durability. Bushings are furnished in case-hardened steel to provide maximum wear resistance, significantly extending chain life. Available in riveted construction (recommended for wood yards/sawmills) or cottered construction (recommended for elevators), the HSB110-K2 is a direct, interchangeable upgrade to combination chains of the same size, offering greater robustness and longevity.
