Manufactured to meet the component requirements of international lifting standards for Grade 100 chain assemblies, including ISO 14984 and the EN 818 series, it ensures reliability and safety in demanding industrial lifting, rigging, and material handling applications. Grade 100 Strength: Manufactured from high-strength special alloy steel, this connecting link meets G100 performance standards. It offers a 25% higher minimum breaking load compared to G80 products, providing a significant safety margin for heavy-duty operations.
Rigorous Quality Assurance: Each link undergoes a 2.5 times Working Load Limit (WLL) proof test and a demanding 1.5 times WLL fatigue test. Furthermore, 100% Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is performed to detect surface and near-surface flaws, ensuring structural integrity.
High Safety Factor: With a minimum break load that is 4 times the Working Load Limit, the link provides substantial safety redundancy to handle dynamic loads and unpredictable stress conditions.
