Forged rivetless chain, X348 to 9118 series: pitch 76.6-229.4 mm, tensile 130-886 kN, tool-free rivetless joint.
SHINING forged rivetless chain covers the complete drop-forged family: 80H and 468H, the X348 / X458 / X678 series, the heavy 698 / 998 / 9118 sizes, the S-prefix builds, and P100 and P160. Across the range that is a pitch from 76.6 mm to 229.4 mm, an average tensile strength from 130 kN to 886 kN, and a mass from 3.2 kg/m to 24.2 kg/m.
Every size works on the same principle: a drop-forged, heat-treated link with a pin joint that needs no tools, an open joint that resists packing, and a pin that can be reversed to recover pitch. That is why the family is used across conveying, overhead and process applications in so many industries.
Bulk Material Handling: continuous conveying of heavy and abrasive materials.
Overhead and Trolley Conveying: with matched trolleys and pusher dogs.
Automobile and General Industry: body, component and process conveying.
Meat Packing and Food Plants: process conveying where the open joint matters.
Sugar Refining and Mills: cane, bagasse and sugar handling.
The links are drop-forged and heat-treated, which is what gives the pin and the sidebar working surfaces the toughness that abrasive bulk materials demand.
The joint needs no tools for assembly, so a section can be replaced on site without special equipment - which matters when a line is down.
The open design between pin and centre link prevents conveyed material from packing the joints, a common cause of chain stiffening and pitch growth.
When the chain wears, the pin can be reversed to recover the original pitch, and the complete chain can be turned over to present a new sliding surface.
Flights are manufactured and attached to customer specifications. Stainless pins and accessories are available in hardened stainless steel for wet or corrosive duties, and other link and pin designs can be made to order.

Every production batch is tensile-tested before shipment, and our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (46026Q00958R053) and ISO 14001:2015 (46026E00959R053).
We build to interchange. Send the OEM part number, an old link or a drawing, and we will confirm the match and reproduce it dimension-for-dimension, with sprockets and attachments cut to suit.
Standard production lead time is 60 days from receipt of the order and confirmation of the drawing. For breakdowns and planned shutdowns we can discuss an expedited slot - tell us your date and we will plan the delivery around it.
