Direct factory-engineered conveyor chain designed for continuous heavy-abrasion conveying in cement, mining, grain, and paper industries. Drop-in replacement for standard international specifications.
High Tensile Capacity: Rated from 150 kN to 530 kN breaking load, preventing chain elongation and fatigue failures under peak torque.
Advanced Heat Treatment: Pins and bushes are induction quenched and carburized for superior surface hardness and wear resistance.
Heavy-Duty Flight Welding: Scraper attachments formed via 500-ton hydraulic press and precision-welded for high structural rigidity.
100% Pre-Tensioned: Pre-stretched before shipment to minimize initial chain elongation during commissioning.
OEM Cost Efficiency: Direct factory supply matching tier-1 international standards with an average 20% cost advantage.
Custom Fabrication: Non-standard pitch, scraper heights, bent angles, and matching drive sprockets available upon request.
Scraper conveyor consists of a trough in which a continuous driven chain with flights is running. The flights are scraping the material over the bottom of the casing. The material is moving forward to the discharge point.
Scraper chain design is ideal for slower transportation speeds over short distances, on moderate inclines, or even underwater.
Scraper conveyors have several advantages compared to belt conveyors, such as no adhesion of the material to be conveyed on the ground, because the flights constantly scrape off the floor.

Engineered for high-abrasion, heavy-load, and continuous duty operations, SHINING's engineering scraper conveyor chains (SHP Series) are precision-manufactured to prevent elongation and fatigue failures under rigorous material handling conditions.
Premium Alloy Steels & Deep Case Hardening: Pins and bushes are treated through specialized induction quenching and carburizing furnaces, ensuring exceptional surface hardness to withstand continuous abrasive wear while maintaining high core toughness against shock loads.
High-Strength Welded & Bolted Flights: Scraper flights are reinforced using robotic welding and precision pressing (up to 500-ton hydraulic presses), ensuring consistent angle accuracy and high resistance to bending during submerged or inclined conveying.
Interchangeable OEM Dimensions: Designed to directly match and replace premium international brand standards with high tensile strengths ranging from 150 kN to 530 kN, reducing equipment downtime and replacement friction.
Cost-Effective Reliability: Benefit from direct-factory pricing delivering an average of 20% cost advantage without sacrificing ISO 9001 quality criteria or tensile load ratings.
The SHP scraper chain series is purpose-built to handle powdery, granular, lump, and abrasive bulk materials across diverse harsh environments:
Reliable bottom-trough conveying for hot clinker, raw meal, limestone, and kiln dust with high heat and wear resistance.
Heavy-duty scraper transport for crushed ores, coal slurry, ash discharge, and metal slag under high operating torque.
Gentle and residue-free horizontal or inclined conveying for soybeans, corn, and grain meal with self-cleaning flight designs.
Continuous submerged and dry scraper lines for handling bark, wood chips, and biomass fuels under corrosive moisture conditions.
As a premier conveyor chain manufacturer with a 36,000 ㎡ modern manufacturing base and an annual output exceeding 15,000 tons, SHINING delivers both standard and custom scraper chain solutions:
Non-Standard Flight Fabrication: Custom bent plates, wear-resistant hard-facings, U-flights, O-flights, or synthetic wear pads tailored strictly to your trough dimensions.
Comprehensive Pre-Assembly Testing: Every chain batch undergoes 100% pre-tensioning, tensile verification, and carbon/sulfur composition analysis in our in-house lab.
Complete System Matching: Factory supply of drive sprockets, idler wheels, and matching shaft assemblies to ensure smooth meshing and minimize pitch-wear.

Request a Factory Quote & DrawingWe select premium alloy structural steels (such as 40Cr, 20CrMnMo, or customized stainless grades). Pins and bushes undergo induction quenching or carburizing heat treatment in our in-house sealed-box furnaces, achieving a case depth tailored to resist heavy abrasive wear while maintaining high core toughness against shock loading.
Yes. Our SHP series is engineered to match global OEM mounting dimensions, pin centers, and flight configurations. They can be installed as drop-in replacements for standard international chains, delivering identical or superior tensile strength (150 kN to 530 kN) with a 20% cost advantage.
Yes. As a source manufacturer equipped with a 500-ton hydraulic press and robotic welding cells, we fabricate custom flights (such as welded angle scrapers, curved flights, or bolted wear-resistant synthetic pads). Non-standard designs can be manufactured against your physical samples or approved engineering drawings.
Every production batch undergoes strict quality control under ISO standards, including optical emission spectrometry (material composition), microscopic hardness testing, tensile load testing, and 100% chain pre-tensioning to eliminate initial elongation before delivery.
Yes. We produce matching flame-cut, induction-hardened, or split-type sprockets and drive shafts. Supplying the chain and sprocket together ensures optimal tooth engagement, minimizes pitch friction, and extends the operational life of the entire conveyor system.
