Spline Drive Shaft

SHINING selects materials and heat treatment methods (such as quenching and tempering, normalizing, quenching, etc.) according to the working conditions and use requirements of the shaft to obtain certain strength, toughness and wear resistance.

45# is a commonly used cheap material. After quenching and tempering (or normalizing), it  can get better cutting performance, and can obtain comprehensive mechanical properties such as high strength and toughness. After quenching, the surface hardness can reach 45~52HRC .

40Cr is suitable for products with medium precision and high speed. After quenching, tempering and quenching, it has better comprehensive mechanical properties.

GCr15 and 65Mn, after quenching and tempering and surface high-frequency quenching, have a surface hardness of 50~58HRC, and have high fatigue resistance and good wear resistance, which can produce high-precision shafts.
